UPDATE (6 Feb 2024) : We now accept online-only registration from those who have no submitted abstract. Please go to our online platform, and register online participation by selecting "Online (both professional and student)" for registration fee.

......

The registration site is now open on the online platform. However, due to the large number of submitted abstracts relative to the capacity of the main conference hall, we prioritise the registration of those who submitted an abstract, for now. You need to have submitted abstract number to make a registration.

If registrations from those who submitted abstracts (which we prioritize) did not fill up the space, we could open some registration slots to those who did not submit abstracts (please note that we can not guarantee this). If you would like to be on a waiting list, please fill in this Google form.

If you would like to participate online (virtually) but do not have an abstract number, please wait until February. We will make online, no-presentation registration open until 20th February.

Registration fee is below:

*Registration fee covers the participation in the Icebreaker party (on the evening of 3rd March), but not the banquet (on the evening of 7th March, 12,000 JPY). Lunch will not be provided at the venue, and participants are free to explore restaurants/lunch shops nearby (we will provide a map of nearby restaurants/shops).

*All BSc and MSc students and doctoral (PhD) candidates are eligible to register in the student category. Upon registration, please submit your supervisor’s name and e-mail address to certify your student status (the registration site will be open in Early November).

*Registration fees are reduced for students and professionals from developing nations. To qualify for reduced professional registration, you must be employed and reside within a country on the list of low-income nations. For a list of qualifying countries, please CLICK HERE.
